Welcome to this homecoming pre-training!

This is a shortened, online version of what we usually cover.

There are 3 sections in total for this work: Reflections, Coming Home: Challenges and Opportunities, and New Knowledge and Skills. You will need pen and paper. As this is individual work, the time you spend will vary, but we encourage you to set aside at least 30 minutes for each lesson.

After you have done your individual lessons, Norec staff will meet you in an onsite training together with a handfull of other participants. During the onsite training we will talk a bit about each of these modules, so you need to have completed all of them before we meet.
