Manage stress and uncertanty

We have created a short crash course on how to manage stress and uncertanty. First we will give you some background on mental health and factors that can create stress. Then, Dr. Ben Weinstein gives you some short videos on how you best can adress uncertanty and stress. This can be applied in times of covid as well as any other situation where you need to increase your resilience. The course will take about 25 to 30 minutes.
